Wellness Days
Our wellness days focus on a particular topic, it might be managing stress & anxiety, the menopause, winter wellness or fatigue. Each one includes a nutrition talk about what foods to include/ exclude to help support with the topic of the day; a lovely gentle yoga session, suitable for all abilities that also links to the theme and ends with a guided meditation. We have a delicious, nutritious breakfast and two-course lunch provided by the team at Tillingham. Our groups are small (up to 10 people) so there is plenty of opportunity to ask questions and share stories – we find these small groups enable our guests to feel comfortable enough to speak up and get to know each other.
Sometimes, if relevant, we include sessions on skin care, or self-care, massage techniques. We also include other relaxation techniques, as appropriate to the theme such as breathing techniques, shaking and tapping which are both fun and either stimulating or relaxing.

They are relaxed days, fully hosted by Caelia and Sonja, we aim to send you away with tips and tricks to use at home and feeling relaxed and ready to face the world.
